Under limed supervision, helps maintain inventory levels and product quality by performing essential clerical functions, including records compilation and retention, computer updates and requisition preparation. This provides the division with up-to-date inventory records to ensure efficient shipping and a high confidence in customer product. May be responsible for training and directing work of others.

This role may also receive overtime compensation.

Work Schedule:

-Monday - Friday: 7am - 3pm

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Each item should account for 10% or more)
  • Updates and maintains electron inventory records


  • Assists in inventory and procedural audits


  • Prepares daily inventory reports using Excel and other electron inventory systems


  • Proof of Delivery (POD) research and reporting


  • Provides general and recall back-up support for Inventory Manager


  • Processes product returns


  • Performs other clerical duties as necessary

SUPERVISION

May supervise others in Inventory Control

RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: The incumbent is required to interact with all employees at all levels of responsibility throughout the company.

External: The incumbent is required to interact with customers and other service and product providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Related Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience with Inventory Control and HACCP required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent math skills, strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented, and have basic computer knowledge. Must be able to work on complex tasks, prioritize workload and advise other sin department on workflow. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the division.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$19 - $30
