Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Support Supervisor to lead and elevate our support operations at our Meadow Gold Plant in Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll oversee a team that keeps critical business functions running smoothly—from reporting and invoicing to inventory and administrative coordination.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coach a team of business support specialists; assign work, monitor performance, and ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Oversee daily operations including administrative support, invoicing, recordkeeping, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Drive efficiency by evaluating workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex issues and customer inquiries.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
- 2–5 years of progressive experience, including team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, adapt, and work independently with attention to detail.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in plant or operations environments is a plus.
